General Returns and Refunds:

Because our products are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for reasons other than damage, defect, or an error on our part. This includes issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Please ensure you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase, including the size, color, and design of the item.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. Each item is printed to order, which allows us to avoid overproduction and waste.
